Le politiche anti stalking

In the first part there is a general framework of the phenomenon of staking, in particular, identifying the behaviors which it is composed, the mechanisms and factors that determine it and analyzing the stalkers and the victims. In the second part, the phenomenon is analyzed in a comparative perspective considering the cases of: United States, Great Britain, China, Japan and European Union. The last part is focused on Italy and how She has acted in an attempt to stem the phenomenon.

Nella prima parte vi è un inquadramento generale del fenomeno dello stalking, in particolare, individuando le condotte di cui si compone, i meccanismi e i fattori che lo determinano e analizzando gli stalker e le vittime. Nel seconda parte, il fenomeno è analizzato in prospettiva comprata considerando i seguenti casi: gli Stati Uniti, la Gran Bretagna, la Cina, il Giappone e l'Unione Europea. Nell'ultima parte, il focus è incentrato sull'Italia e su come, quest'ultima, ha agito nel tentativo di arginare il fenomeno.
