I normanni fra storia e mito

The aim of the thesis "The northmen between history and myth" is to analyse the so-called medieval history period named viking age through the study of the reasons and the regions of the viking raids, the mythology, the customs and traditions being part of the everyday life in Scandinavia from the VIIIth to the XIth century.

Lo scopo della tesi "I normanni fra storia e mito" è di analizzare il cosiddetto periodo della storia medievale denominato epoca vichinga attraverso lo studio dei motivi e delle aree delle spedizioni degli uomini del Nord, la mitologia, gli usi e costumi facenti parte della vita quotidiana in Scandinavia dal VIII al XI secolo.
