The importance of motor activity and sport has now taken on a fundamental role in young people's life, but there may be some risks when these are mixed or coincide. This work starts with the desire to demonstrate the negativity to anticipate some demands in young people without obtaining the predefined results; secondly, it is written to demonstrate through photographic examples how this could bring to postural defects or postural asymmetries later in time. A review of the scientific literature about auxology, kinesiology, ability to learn for age groups and physical training in tennis has been carried out in order to describe the approach to physical activity and sport by the sports companies. So it is necessary to understand what is and what should be the role of a graduate in motor sciences within these companies, also relying on the change between the children of thirty years ago and those of today.What emerges is that there are many articles and tables that report how to behave with the various age groups and with the danger of imbalances in the periods described by the auxology. However the desire to anticipate agonistic activity is increasingly present.
