Famiglie che cambiano e adozione internazionale. Uno sguardo sociologico.

The analysis starts from the transformation of the Italian family, from the past to the present day, in a historical and sociological perspective, with particular reference to the transformation in the way we do family to analyze new forms of today. The goal is to follow this change to deal with the issue of international adoption, of great social and legal value, in order to provide for the child's interest first. In this context it is important to analyse the question and understand who are its protagonists, and how developed the complex proceedings and finally, how is it managed the post adoption.

L'analisi parte dalla trasformazione della famiglia italiana, dal passato ai giorni nostri, in una prospettiva storica e sociologica, con particolare riferimento alla trasformazione nel modo di fare famiglia per arrivare ad analizzare le nuove forme dei giorni nostri. L'obiettivo è quello di ripercorrere questo cambiamento per arrivare a trattare il tema dell'adozione internazionale, di grande valore sociale e giuridico, al fine di provvedere all'interesse primo del minore. In quest'ottica è importante analizzare la questione e capire chi sono i suoi protagonisti, come viene sviluppato il complesso procedimento e infine, come viene gestito il post adozione.
