Dye Sensitized Solar Cells or DSSC, are one of the most promisig and investigated new generation of PV tachnologies. The aspect of charge transport in mesoporous nanocrystalline Titaniaum dioxide electrode of DSSC is an intriguing part of the process of efficiency enhancement of this kind of device. This work is about a preliminary approach to dry-titania DSSC electrodes Current-Voltage and Current-Time characterization in terms of: particle size distribution, dark and light conditions, high and low pressure conditions. Some known theoretical models in the field of charge transport and storage of this new kind of material are reported connected and partly compared with experimental results. Many basic handling issues in terms of measurements performing highlighted and are resolved.
