LE TECNOLOGIE DEI WORKFLOW PATTERNS AL SERVIZIO DELLE AZIENDE Il caso: Arxivar workflow

In this internship report, we analyze the various patterns used to implement workflow solutions, that is a set of activities carried out in a certain order that guarantee an efficient workflow for the companies that implement them. We want to deepen the technologies used by Arxivar, a low code platform for the management of business processes. It will be shown how, through this software, the results of automatic backup procedures can be monitored, segmenting the various types of incoming emails and extracting useful information for operators. The latter will be able to see the results via a web page that is written in PHP language, which extracts the data directly from the SQL server database.

In questa relazione di tirocinio si analizzano i vari pattern utilizzati per implementare soluzioni workflow, ovvero un insieme di attività svolte in un certo ordine che garantiscono un efficiente flusso di lavoro alle aziende che le implementano. Si vogliono approfondire le tecnologie utilizzate da Arxivar, una piattaforma low code per la gestione dei processi aziendali. Sarà mostrato come, tramite questo software, si possano monitorare i risultati delle procedure automatiche dei backup, segmentando le varie tipologie di mail in entrata ed estraendo informazioni utili per gli operatori. Questi ultimi potranno vedere i risultati tramite una pagina web, scritta in linguaggio php, che estrae i dati direttamente dal database sql server.
