RICERCHE STORICO - GIURIDICHE SU VITA E OPERE DEL PROFESSORE MARIO ENRICO VIORA

At the basis of this study is the reconstruction of the life and works of Professor Mario Enrico Viora. The aim of this degree thesis is to try to provide as broad a picture as possible of this Italian jurist who contributed with his works and with the creation of the Journal of the history of Italian law to the positive evolution of legal history.

Alla base di questo studio vi è la ricostruzione di vita e opere del professore Mario Enrico Viora. L’obiettivo di questa tesi di laurea è quello di tentare di fornire un quadro il più ampio possibile di tale giurista italiano che ha contribuito con le sue opere e con la creazione della Rivista di storia del diritto italiano alla positiva evoluzione della storia giuridica.
