The thesis is a Comparative Financial Analysis between two global insurance groups: AXA SA and Assicurazioni Generali Group. In the paper start with an introduction of the global insurance market, there is a description of the groups with the description of the main differences. After there is the Financial Analysis of the groups with all the ratios. At the end there are possible forecasts and the conclusions.
