Analisi del settore tartuficolo piemontese e sue prospettive

The thesis will develop an updated analysis on the data of the Italian and Piedmontese truffle sector, also in light of the new European and international market trends. In particular, after a brief introduction regarding classification, biology, ecology, morphology, historical notes, research and development of truffle cultivation following the reduction of the white truffle habitats, a market analysis will be developed. The conclusions will concern the prospects for the enhancement of the local truffle and the planning of activities to achieve the proposed objectives

La tesi svilupperà un'analisi aggiornata sui dati del settore tartuficolo italiano e piemontese, anche alla luce delle nuove tendenze di mercato europeo e internazionale. In particolare dopo una breve premessa riguardante classificazione, biologia, ecologia, morfologia, cenni storici, attività di cerca e sviluppo della tartuficoltura a seguito della riduzione degli habitat del tartufo bianco, si svilupperà una analisi di mercato. Le conclusioni riguarderanno le prospettive di valorizzazione del tartufo locale e la pianificazione delle attività per raggiungere gli obbiettivi proposti
