Stress situation in the medical profession, due to the high pressure can often evolve into Burnout . Burnout is not the only cause that determine the leaving of medical profession, other causes have been observed like unsatisfaction related to salary and family or personal matters. It is necessary to take action in this problem in the future acting also on the social life of the professionals.
