L'analisi di bilancio per indici: il caso Luigi Lavazza S.p.A

With this report, we aim to expose the meaning and function of the budget analysis by indexes, indispensable to meet the knowledge needs of internal and external subjects of the company. The financial statements of Luigi Lavazza spa were analyzed, one of the most important coffee production companies in the world and leader in Italy in the Retail market. My orientation towards Lavazza, as a company on which to carry out the data collection and analysis work, was dictated by the fact that the company was founded and still maintains its headquarters in Turin. ​

Con la presente relazione ci si propone di esporre il significato e la funzione dell'analisi di bilancio per indici, indispensabile per soddisfare le esigenze conoscitive dei soggetti interni ed esterni all'impresa. Sono stati analizzati i bilanci della Luigi Lavazza spa, una tra le più rilevanti realtà produttive di caffè al mondo e leader in Italia nel mercato Retail. Il mio orientamento verso Lavazza, come azienda su cui svolgere il lavoro di raccolta dati e di analisi, è stato dettato dal fatto che l'azienda è stata fondata e tuttora mantiene la sua sede a Torino. ​
