The thesis will argue about the main causes of dislocation in the glenoid-humeral articulation, focusing on the subsequent re-athleticization. After an introduction to the functional anatomy of the shoulder joint, the causal mechanism of dislocation and its conservative treatment will be discussed. The research methods used to write this paper are the result of the merging of personal experience and academic approach using texts, articles and teaching materials. Competitive and working reintegration of the injured person, with particular attention to the causes of recurrence, will be addressed at the end of the paper.

Questa tesi andrà ad analizzare le principali cause della lussazione dell'articolazione gleno-omerale trattando la successiva riatletizzazione. Dopo un'introduzione riguardante l'anatomia funzionale dell'articolazione scapolo omerale, verrà affrontato il meccanismo causale della lussazione ed il trattamento conservativo della stessa. I metodi di ricerca utilizzati per la stesura di questo elaborato sono frutto di esperienze personali e frequenza universitaria, avvalendomi di testi, articoli e materiale didattico. Sarà trattato infine il reinserimento agonistico e lavorativo dell'infortunato, con particolare attenzione alle cause di recidive.
