This thesis project is focused on the analysis of the current world to understand the path of the environmental situation and the policies implemented at world and European level. Afterwards a detailed analysis will be carried out in order to know how a company, the SFK, was able to evolve and to exploit the new environmental challenges to take a competitive advantage with respects its competitors, gaining trust on the market because its green policies development.
