Internship Report - Material Processes Junior Analyst

In the following internship report I described my experience in Eaton Corporation, a multinational power management company in which I had the opportunity to work for 4 months. I carried out my experience in the Turin HQ for the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) in the Materials Management Division, which is a part of the SCM function (Supply Chain Management). In this report I described the projects that I have been working on for the past 4 months: Both the ones for which I was directly responsible and the ones in which I was supporting the Division Managers in the analyst role. For 4 months I had the opportunity to touch with hands a completely new reality which I had not experienced before and to work with experts and people for who I have a lot of respect and admiration. Supporting me during the course of my experience they have helped me to grow both as a person and as a professional, they deeply contributed to my initial career and gave life to an experience that today I consider priceless.

Nel presente lavoro di tesi mi sono occupato di descrivere l'esperienza di stage che ho avuto modo di svolgere, per la durata di 4 mesi, presso Eaton Corporation. In Eaton Corporation ho effettuato la mia esperienza di stage nel HQ di Torino per l'area EMEA all'interno della divisione di "Materials Management" la quale, a sua volta, rientra nella macro divisione funzionale di SCM (Supply Chain Management). Nella seguente tesi ho descritto i progetti che mi sono stati assegnati, e di cui mi sono occupato in prima persona, e quelli a cui ho collaborato supportando i manager della divisone nel ruolo di analista. Per 4 mesi ho avuto modo di relazionarmi con una realtà e con professionisti per i quali nutro oggi profondo rispetto ed ammirazione. Supportandomi e affiancandomi nel corso della mia esperienza essi mi hanno infatti permesso di crescere come persona e come professionista, contribuendo in maniera fondamentale alla mia iniziale carriera lavorativa e dando vita ad un'esperienza che considero oggi inestimabile.
