ANALISI DEL MODO DI INTENDERE IL CALCIO DA PARTE DEI BAMBINI E DEI RISPETTIVI GENITORI

In this thesis we have analyzed the scenario of youth football, especially in the early years of teaching. I tried to focus on a few key points that may pose problems for the growth of the aspiring player: the great responsibility that parents incorporate in their children, the ideas that the little ones are looking around through television and other media, do not help certainly their growth path football and humanities. Since about two years to train a team of children of ten years at a company in my country, I decided to conduct a survey that involved 100 families registered at the Soccer School and which was composed of questions for both children and for their parents. Objective was to find similarities with what is said on various topics such as: the lack of respect of the roles of coach and parent, the desire to see his son grow up only to see him and limestone a day fields of the much-beloved series in the child's behavior on and off, and so on. Our results showed that what you say is true, although in our case it must be said claws response rates, which showed little of the attitudes inherent in football, were very minimal. This does not mean, however, that in all the other companies will do the same, so my invitation is to try to improve these "problems" through an ongoing dialogue between instructors and families to ensure that the small sample can continue to play and have fun under the best possible conditions.

In questa tesi è analizzato lo scenario del calcio giovanile, in particolare nei primi anni d' insegnamento. Ho cercato di focalizzarmi su alcuni punti chiave che possono rappresentare dei problemi per la crescita dell'aspirante calciatore: le grandi responsabilità che i genitori incorporano nei figli, le idee che i piccoli si fanno guardandosi attorno attraverso televisione e altri mezzi di comunicazione, non aiutano di certo il loro percorso di crescita calcistico e umanistico. Siccome alleno da circa due anni una squadra di bambini di dieci anni presso una società del mio Paese, ho deciso di effettuare un sondaggio che coinvolgeva 100 famiglie iscritte alla Scuola Calcio e che era composto di domande sia per i bambini sia per i rispettivi genitori. Obiettivo era di trovare delle analogie, con quanto si dice su diversi argomenti come: il mancato rispetto dei ruoli di allenatore e genitore, il desiderio di veder crescere unicamente il proprio figlio e di vederlo calcare un giorno i campi della tanto amata Serie a, il comportamento del bambino in campo e fuori, ecc. Dai risultati ottenuti si evidenzia che quanto si dice è vero, anche se nel nostro caso c'è da dire chele percentuali di risposte, che evidenziavano degli atteggiamenti poco inerenti nel mondo del calcio, erano veramente minime. Questo non vuol dire però che in tutte le altre Società accada lo stesso, per cui il mio invito è di cercare di migliorare queste ¿problematiche¿ attraverso un dialogo continuo tra istruttori e famiglie per far sì che il piccolo campione possa continuare a giocare e divertirsi nelle migliori condizioni possibili.
