Caratteristiche organizzative e gestionali di una ONLUS: il caso INTERCULTURA

This graduation report will explain the organizational and management features of an NPO, it will discuss about the law which regulates the construction of an Italian NPO, which bodies can become NPO, the allowed activities, the fiscal facilities, the mantadory documents and how the recognition of the status works. To show this mechanism it is showed the Intercultura case. An ONLUS Association which organizes exchange school programs for Italian students and which finds Italian families happy to host an exchange students who is dreaming to learn the Italian culture.

Questa tesi spiega le caratteristiche organizzative e gestionali di una Onlus, discute in merito alla legge che regola la costruzione di una Onlus italiana, quali corpi possono diventare ONLUS, le attività ammesse, le agevolazioni fiscali, i documenti richiesti e come avviene il riconoscimento. E' quindi mostrato il caso di Intercultura. Un'Associazione ONLUS che organizza programmi scolastici di scambio per gli studenti italiani e che trova famiglie italiane felici di ospitare studenti stranieri che sognano di vivere e imparare la cultura italiana.
