Lobbying ed effetti internazionali: il caso del TTIP

This dissertation is aimed to examine the relationships between groups practicing lobbying activities and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership negotiations and to analyze how the lobbyists's work affects the outcome of international commercial agreements like the one above-mentioned. In order to do so the dissertation describes how lobbying is regulated in different countries and presents the main features and the forseeable effects of the TTIP.

La tesi si propone di esaminare i rapporti tra i gruppi che svolgono attività di lobbying e le negoziazioni del Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership e di analizzare in che modo l'operato dei lobbisti influenzi il risultato di accordi commerciali internazionali come il suddetto. Per fare questo la tesi descrive le regolamentazioni dell'attività di lobbying in diversi paesi e presenta le caratteristiche principali e gli effetti prevedibili del TTIP.
