This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and descriptive: the subjects expressed are the sudden change in the collective perception of the drug, neurobiology and psychodynamics of addiction, moreover the risks implicate by substances abuse were highlighted of both in the brain that of behaviour. It is highlighted as the experience of abuse and neglect associated with psychological trauma that occurred during childhood and adolescence represent risk factors for the development of both mental disorders that of drug use disorders. They also increase the risk of perpetrating violent crimes in adolescence or adulthood. Finally it is presented an overview of substance use disorders through the classification system 'Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5'. The second part were taken into account the Cluster B of personality disorders (antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder), and psychoactive substances (alcohol, steroids and cocaine) that further raise the risk of self-directed and hetero-directed aggressive behavior. Also, after a description of the aggressive aspect, it is noted that the stigma towards psychiatric patient determines an inevitable, but often wrong, association of the patient to aggressive and violent acting out, without taking into account the basic parameters such as the concomitant use disorder substances or even a massive use of them.

Abstract
Also, after a description of the aggressive aspect, it is noted that the stigma towards psychiatric patient determines an inevitable, but often wrong, association of the patient to aggressive and violent acting out, without taking into account the basic parameters such as the concomitant use disorder substances or even a massive use of them.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
