ERP nell'era digitale: il SAP S/4HANA

The thesis analyzes the SAP S/4HANA system. The introduction explains the company information systems and introduces the integrated systems ERP, English acronym for corporate resource planning. Such systems are expleined in chapter 1 from their birth up to today's evolution. Chapter 2 focuses on the manufacturer of a famous information system, SAP SE. The company and the versions in use are analyzed. Chapter 3 presents the latest integrated and intelligent ERP system created by the company, the SAP S / 4HANA. There are also two corporate cases of system implementation within the Mondadori Group and Mercitalia Rail. The conclusion retraces and summarizes the key points of the system.

Nell'elaborato è analizzato il sistema SAP S/4HANA. L'introduzione spiega i sistemi informativi aziendali ed intoduce i sistemi integrati, ossia gli ERP, acronimo inglese di pianificazione delle risorse aziendali. Tali sistemi sono affrontati nel capitolo 1 dalla loro nascita fino all'evoluzione odierna. Il capitolo 2 si concentra sull'azienda produttrice di un famoso sistema informativo, la SAP SE. Vengono analizzate l'impresa e le versioni in uso. Nel capitolo 3 si presenta l'ultimo sistema ERP integrato e intelligente creato dall'azienda, il SAP S/4HANA. Si presentano anche due casi aziendali di implementazione del sistema all'interno del Gruppo Mondadori e di Mercitalia Rail. La conclusione ripercorre e sintetizza i punti chiave del sistema.
