Yeast-two-hybrid screening and clone sequencing from a cDNA library extracted from A. thaliana pistils. The project took place at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Plants (IBMCP) "Eduardo Primo Yúfera". The project is aimed to focus on the investigation of the molecular mechanism by which signaling coordinates fruiting GAs in pistil tissues by planning and following a screening-type approach, trough identification of proteins that mediate the gibberellin signaling in the fruit-set or fruit initiation by the interaction with the DELLAs.
