This paper addresses the issue of the relationship with food, focus on childhood (school age). During this age called by Piaget (1967) "concrete operational stage", the acquisition of healthy eating habits is basic to the childrens' health and to their future adults' health. Therefore it's very important to implement the projects during this developmental stage. This paper presents psycho-educational project about healthy diet, exploring the main features of the eating habits, through questionnaires to promote food's knowledge and correct and healthy diet. This through a series of educational and recreational activities conducted by expert and implemented in the classroom with the children and their teachers.
