CONTRO LA NEUROPSICOLOGIA FORENSE

The scope of this (study) work is to analyze critically the possible admission of neurosciences in the judicial world by a review and a detailed analysis, which begin from the basic objections raised against neurosciences and neuroimaging , from their location in the forensic field, and arrive to the answers given by the forensic front to the made claims to criticism. Basics critical and respective answers will be reported, for better clearness, in a table as like as a taxonomy.

Questo lavoro ha il fine di analizzare, criticamente, il possibile ingresso delle neuroscienze nel mondo giuridico; una rassegna ed un'analisi dettagliata che parte dalle obiezioni principali poste nei confronti delle neuroscienze, neuroimmagini, dalla loro collocazione nel campo forense e giunge alle risposte fornite dal fronte forense alle critiche avanzate. Le critiche principali e le risposte ad esse saranno per maggior chiarezza, riportate in una tabella per esporle come in una tassonomia.
