The purpose of this study is based on the systematic analysis and compare the environment governance in Europe and China. With research of history and development status, legal and ethical, to analysis the framework about environment protection. Through the comparison between Europe and China, we can explore the pros and cons under the different framework governance, develop a broader space and may of monographic study the method of environmental governance. Significance of the research: With economic development, the environment is no longer a single region's issue, but also a global problem. Europe is one of the most developed economy area and sound legal areas in the world, a large number of energy consumption also increased the pressure on the environment. And China is the largest emerging market in the world, the second largest economy. The rapid economic growth causes environment pollution and ecology deterioration. But the sluggish institution and incompletely regulation is unable to adapt properly to the new environment situation. Compare the two modes, helpful to optimize and improve the environmental governance. Improve the efficiency of environmental legislation, combined with cooperation between the various environmental groups. Provide advice and recommendations for the environmental protection. 1.Introduction: Importance of the environmental , why choose china and europe, back ground: China Europe EU:The EU has some of the world's highest environmental standards. Environment policy helps green the EU economy, protect nature, and safeguard the health and quality of life of people living in the EU. Green growth Protecting the environment and maintaining a competitive EU presence on the global market can go hand in hand, and environment policy can play a key role in creating jobs and stimulating investment. Protecting nature Nature is our life support system, so we need to look after it. Europe is working to safeguard these natural resources and halt the decline of endangered species and habitats. Global challenges As the world population continues to expand, with ever-greater numbers of city-dwellers, global environmental challenges become more pressing.
