La relazione tra la Bielorussia e l'Unione Europea (UE) è stata complessa e spesso tumultuosa nel corso degli anni. La Bielorussia ha cercato legami più stretti con l'UE, ma l'impatto della sua politica estera su questa relazione è stato significativo. Questa tesi esamina l'impatto della politica estera bielorussa e dei diritti umani sulla sua relazione con l'UE. It assesses their attitudes towards Belarusian foreign policy and the prospects for improved relations between Belarus and the EU. Overall, this thesis argues that the impact of Belarusian foreign policy on its relationship with the EU has been significant, hindering the progress towards closer ties. It concludes that for a more constructive and cooperative relationship, Belarus needs to pursue a foreign policy that promotes democracy, human rights, and greater economic integration with the EU.
