The present research aims to explore and integrate two fragmented topics in the literature: multi-stakeholder marketing and artificial intelligence. In research, it is possible to merge and investigate fragmented themes through the use of a systematic literature review. A systematic literature review is a structured research methodology to identify and evaluate relevant literature on a topic to answer the proposed research questions. It involves selecting a database, in this case, Scopus, to obtain a research sample returned using a string composed of the following fields: Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Multi-stakeholder Approach. To refine the results, boolean operators and other characters were chosen and inserted into the string after numerous tests, allowing for a more precise output. Subsequently, the various limitation criteria proposed by the platform were evaluated, and the interim results of the sample were obtained with limits regarding research area, document type, and language. The sample was further refined by excluding articles with an ABJ 2021 ranking of less than 2. Finally, as a last criterion, articles with papers and abstracts relevant to the explored theme were selected. The final sample was subjected to the Bibliometrix software, which allows for quantitative research in scientometrics and bibliometrics. Through the use of Bibliometrix software and qualitative content analysis, three reference clusters were created to provide answers to the research questions.

Abstract
File | Dimensione | Formato | |
