What is like to be a business in the Val Susa Valley.

In this thesis there will be a discussion of the inner areas in the Italian territory. In the first chapter we want to understand the opportunities of business in these particular territories, in the second one we want to explain what the inner areas are and in the third one, try to give some business data to have a clearer idea of what are the characteristics of these regions. In the second part of the thesis there will be a case study on the company Alfa, an Italian company situated in the Val Susa valley. The territory of the Val Susa valley is not part of the inner areas of the Piedmont region; however, it is nearly 30 minutes from the center of Turin, in a mountain territory, and for this reason affected by some challenges presented in the inner areas. For this company we want to analyze the business model, utilizing the Business Model Canvas, and we want to make a SWOT analysis to understand the strength, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats of a company situated in the Val Susa territory.
