American dream(s): i sogni americani dei Roaring Twenties ​

My dissertation aims to address the American Dream in the context of the Roaring Twenties, through three different variations: the American dream of the African-American community and the phenomenon of the Harlem Renaissance, the American dream of the women of the Jazz Age and the Flappers' movement, and the American dream of class, analyzed through the pen of F. Scott Fitzgerald and his "The Great Gatsby". ​

La tesi si propone di affrontare il tema dell' American Dream nel contesto temporale dei Roaring Twenties, analizzandolo in tre sue diverse declinazioni: il sogno americano della comunità afroamericana e il fenomeno dell' Harlem Renaissance, il sogno americano delle donne della Jazz Age e il movimento delle Flappers e, infine, il sogno americano di classe, analizzato attraverso la penna di F. Scott Fitzgerald e il suo "The Great Gatsby". ​
