Antonio da Rho: Meretrices Papienses ad Mediolanum Un’invettiva contro il Panormita

This work focuses on a minor work by Antonio da Rho, Meretrices Papienses ad Mediolanum. The thesis is divided into three chapters: the first consists of a brief introduction on the invective genre; the second deals with the life and works of the author; the third contains the first Italian translation of the text accompanied by a stylistic and content commentary.

La tesi è divisa in tre capitoli: il primo consta di una breve introduzione sul genere d’invettiva; il secondo tratta della vita e delle opere dell’autore; il terzo contiene la prima traduzione italiana del testo corredata di un commento stilistico e contenutistico dell'opera.
