IL SERVIZIO CIVILE IN ITALIA: LEGISLAZIONE E IMPATTO SOCIALE

In this work the role and the historical evolution of the ASC have been analized. In particular, it will focus on the values it wants to transmit, solidarity and volunteering: the ASC is an opportunity of active citizenship for young people that allows to develop transversal skills and employability. An illustrated survey got presented to define which soft skills are acquired the most and how the experience affects the job search in the long and short term ​

In questo elaborato vengono analizzati il ruolo e l’evoluzione storica che il SCN ha avuto negli anni. In particolare, si soffermerà sui valori che vuole trasmettere, la solidarietà e il volontariato: il SCN è un’occasione unica per i/le giovani di cittadinanza attiva che permette di sviluppare competenze trasversali e occupabilità. Viene illustrata un’indagine rivolta agli/alle ex volontari/e per definire quali soft skills vengono acquisite maggiormente e come l’esperienza influisce nella ricerca del lavoro nel lungo e nel breve periodo ​
