Progettare Interventi Assistiti con Animali. Proposte di attività socio-educative.

The survey project of this lecture wants to analyze the educator’s role by using animals. The first chapter briefly describes the societies of the postmodern and post pandemic era; then it focuses on the role of the educator and in particular it examines the most important skills in the education world, like observation, planning and being able to build a good education relationship. In the second chapter we deal with the animal-assisted interventions examinating its origins and development until our days. After that, there’s a focus on the variety of interventions (AAT, AAE, AAA), the roles and the animals which may be involved and the importance of the relationship between man and animals. The third and last chapter, instead, illustrates how to prepare and realiza an AAI, underlining the importance of playing for animals and in particular for dogs. At the end, there are illustrated the possible activities that a kid with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and a dog could do together, highlighting the benefits for both of them.

Il progetto d’indagine di questa dissertazione intende analizzare il ruolo dell’educatore attraverso l’utilizzo degli animali. Nel primo capitolo viene brevemente analizzata la situazione nella società postmoderna e post pandemica; successivamente si sofferma sulla figura dell’educatore e in particolare vengono approfondite le competenze più importanti del lavoro educativo come l’osservazione, la progettazione e il saper costruire una buona relazione educativa. Nel secondo capitolo si entra nel merito degli Interventi Assistiti con Animali esaminando le origini di tale pratica fino alle normative dei giorni nostri. In seguito vengono approfondite le varie tipologie di interventi (TAA, EAA e AAA), le figure coinvolte, gli animali impiegati e l’importanza della relazione uomo-animale. Nel terzo e ultimo capitolo invece si analizza come preparare e svolgere un IAA, l’importanza del gioco negli animali e nello specifico per il cane e infine vengono illustrate le possibili attività da svolgere con il cane e bambini con ADHD (Disturbo da Deficit di Attenzione/iperattività) e i benefici che entrambi possono ricavarne.
