The global pandemic of COVID-19, began on March 2020, has completed disrupted our lives and socie4es, causing crucial changes to our tradi4onal workplace environments and the birth of new work prac4ces that will probably shape future occupa4ons. This thesis aims to analyze the differ- ences in the working environment before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, the study focused on iden4fy the emerging trends and the most important issues that workers think will change the future of work in a post COVID-19 scenario of new normality. Considering that dur- ing lockdowns employees were forced to use online tools to perform their job and applica4ons for video conferencing for staying in contact with colleagues. Nowadays, the situa4on is returning to a semi-normality, but can we say the same for the synergies and the way of working between col- leagues? This research is supported by survey responses from a sample of almost 200 individuals various by age, years of work, tasks and hours worked; obtained using a quota sampling technique. This thesis suggests that the new normality of the working environment will include remote work- ing and flexible working arrangements.
