In this thesis, I will be focusing on a hedonic pricing model, taking into consideration studies and papers of microeconomic nature. In particular, the underlining question I will try to answer through the analysis of a linear regression model is whether Air Pollution is one of the characteristics that could be negatively attributed to the determination of Residential Real Estate Prices.
