Il pensiero onirico della veglia. La rappresentazione e la trasformazione dell'esperienza nella psicoanalisi contemporanea

The dream is a theme that has fascinated man since ancient times: the question has always been asked about what the meanings of dream productions were and how they are constituted. Among the disciplines that has been interested in the dream we find psychoanalysis, which since its inception has tried to make sense of the dream contents and to create a theory and a technique to interpret them, recognizing them as a product of mental activity and therefore leading them back to area of ​​interest of psychology; it is therefore with Freud that the path of the dream begins in psychoanalysis, until reaching the contemporary conceptualization (Freud, 1899).

Il sogno è un tema che affascina l'uomo sin dai tempi più antichi: da sempre ci si è posti l'interrogativo su quali fossero i significati delle produzioni oniriche ed in che modo esse si costituiscano. Tra le discipline che si è interessata al sogno troviamo la psicoanalisi, che sin dai suoi albori ha cercato di dare un senso ai contenuti onirici e di costituire una teoria ed una tecnica per interpretarli, riconoscendoli come prodotto dell'attività mentale e dunque riconducendoli all'ambito di interesse della psicologia; è quindi con Freud che inizia il percorso del sogno in psicoanalisi, sino a giungere alla concettualizzazione contemporanea (Freud, 1899).
