Gli strumenti civilistici di protezione dei minorenni orfani per crimini domestici​

Aim of my work is to identify and analyze, after the recent entry into force of law 4/2018, the different civil law protection instruments contemplated by Italian legal system in favor of minors orphaned by domestic crimes, who find themselves deprived, after the murder of the mother by the father and his suicide or incarceration, of an adequate family environment. Furthermore, I focus on the patrimonial aspects in wich they are involved and on the care and support programs that they should be deserve, investigating their effectiveness.​

Obiettivo del mio elaborato è individuare e analizzare, alla luce della recente entrata in vigore della l. 4/2018, i diversi strumenti di protezione di diritto civile contemplati dall'ordinamento italiano a favore dei minorenni orfani per crimini domestici, i quali si ritrovano privi, a seguito dell'omicidio della madre per mano del padre e al suicidio o all'incarcerazione dello stesso, di un adeguato ambiente familiare. Inoltre, mi soffermo sugli aspetti patrimoniali che li vedono coinvolti e i profili assistenziali e di sostegno di cui dovrebbero essere destinatari, indagando sulla loro efficacia.​
