Nowadays we are facing an important phenomenon that is emerging into our countries, this phenomenon is called immigrants entrepreneurship, until this moment no one has achieved a clear definition for immigrants and for entrepreneurs. Many authors and scientist have tried to explain this phenomenon but this case is criticized by many authors and it is an area full of debates. When people perform the action, of immigration, they have to afford their life expenses and due to many barriers faced by them, they are forced to run their own businesses in the host country. This dissertation is going to take us through the theoretical approach that is trying to define both of these phrases (Immigration & Entrepreneurship) and then it moves to make a link between these topics after viewing the obstacles faced by immigrants that made them entrepreneurs. The methodology used in this thesis is the qualitative approach that is based on previous theories released by scientists. Then, this dissertation is going to take us through interviews made with business owners in Italy to connect the theoretical approach with the practical approach in the purpose of supporting the ideas of this dissertation. Moreover, based on my personal experience in Italy, I have mentioned a small story related to this topic. Finally, in the last part of this thesis we will see a critic to the topic written in the conclusion that is opening a new dimensions for new debatable topics in the future.
