The dissertation is aimed to investigate and analyze the concept of digital transformation that is involving global markets and industries with a strong focus on the organizational model and strategies pursued by consulting firms. The concept of digitalization is mandatory for tomorrow's managers and professionals because every type of business is going to be digitalized and will be different in the future. The study takes in consideration the Capgemini operating model as proof of efficiency and high expertise in the digital transformation consulting. In fact, traditional consulting services are incurring in a deep transformation keeping strategy as core business but with a major focus on technology and innovation.
