Il tema principale di questa tesi è le Costellazioni familiari di Bert Hellinger. Questa tecnica nata negli anni '80, ancora oggi, è definita pseudoscientifica nonostante sia fondata su diverse terapie riconosciute. Uno dei pilastri che ha sostenuto lo sviluppo delle Costellazioni familiari è lo Psicodramma ed entrambe sono esperienze di cura tra il teatro e la terapia.
Nel primo capitolo viene mostrato come l'Espressionismo, movimento culturale dei primi anni del '900, ha portato il mondo dell'arte ad incontrarsi con la terapia, dalla pittura al teatro. E, in conclusione al capitolo, viene fatta un'analisi psicosociale che riprende il pensiero di Scardovelli, approfondito nel terzo capitolo, Benasayag e Fromm. Nel capitolo seguente, invece, vengono approfonditi lo Psicodramma e l'Analisi Transazionale, terapia che riprende la psicoanalisi e ha fatto parte della formazione di Bert Hellinger. Il terzo capitolo è dedicato al tema di originalità di questa tesi, le Costellazioni familiari, e al pensiero di Mauro Scardovelli, che utilizza questa tecnica all'interno dei suoi seminari formativi. Grazie al libro "Senza radici non si vola", in questo capitolo viene fatta un'analisi teorica del metodo delle Costellazioni familiari. Inoltre vengono presentate le scuole che, unite in modo olistico, hanno generato sia le Costellazioni familiari che la scuola di counseling di Mauro Scardovelli, UniAlpeh. La tesi conclude con un quarto capitolo dedicato alla raccolta di materiale esperienziale e scientifico, in cui viene analizzata, con il metodo autoetnografico, l'esperienza di una giovane adulta e vengono esposti i risultati raccolti grazie ad un questionario diffuso a dei giovani adulti.
The main theme of this thesis is the Family Constellations of Bert Hellinger. This tecnique born in the 80s is still considered as pseudoscientific, despite being based on several recognized therapies. One of the pillars that supported the development of Family Constellations and Psychodrama and both are experiences between theatre and therapy.
In the first chapter it is shown how Expressionism, a cultural movement of the early '900, led the art world to meet with that of therapy, from painting to theatre. And, at the end of the chapter, a psychosocial analysis is made that takes up the thought of Scardovelli, deepened in the third chapter, of Benasayag and Fromm. In the following chapter, instead, the Psychodrama and Transactional Analysis are deepened, therapy that resumes psychoanalysis and was part of the training of Bert Hellinger. The third chapter is dedicated to the theme of originality of this thesis the Family Constellations and to the thought of Mauro Scardovelli, who uses this technique within his training seminars. Thanks to the book "Without roots you do not fly", in this chapter a theoretical analysis of the method the Family Constellations is made. In addition, the schools that, united in a holistic way, have generated both the Family Constellations, and the counseling school of Mauro Scardovelli, UniAleph, are presented. The thesis concludes with a fourth chapter dedicated to the collection of experiential and scientific material, in which the experience of a young adult is analyzed, with the method of autoethnography, and the results collected thanks to a questionnaire distributed among young adults are exposed.
